My name is April Silva. While I love all animals, I am extremely passionate about dogs. My goal is to team with with various local, state and national dog rescue organizations to help dogs find good homes while providing good educational content on how to care for dogs they way they deserve to be treated. Th Blog “Passionate For Dogs” will become a premier blog for all things dog. I have spent the last 15 years of my life dedicated to helping dogs find their forever homes. With many years of online marketing and social media marketing experience, I I have come to realize that I can have a larger voice through an online community and make a bigger difference in the world.

My team and I will continue to build a dog lovers audience and provide local, state and national news, events, product reviews, and pet related insight on a regular basis. We will not accept monetary compensation for editorial content.

The opinions on the blog are the honest opinion of April Silva or our other authors and include real-world testing with other seasoned experts in the dog rescue community. If a product is blogged about, it is because we like it or we do not like it, and not because we have been paid to tell you about it. Those types of posts will NEVER appear on this site.
